Shopping Basics

In Australia, we ship via Australia Post, depending on the preferred method of shipping (express or standard).

Under Australian consumer law, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order in an unused and undamaged condition. Find out more on our return policy here.

Yes! We are delighted our brand is getting noticed overseas and we’re more than happy to ship our products.
Please note, however, that your order may take 3-5 weeks to arrive, depending on where you are and how busy the custom is. The good thing is, we provide a tracking ID on all orders, so you know exactly when to expect your present!

If you need your product wrapped and sent without a tax receipt, please let us know in the note section on the cart page. Alternatively, you may contact us directly on any of the available channels.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the ever-changing regulations, your order may take longer than expected to arrive. We send a tracking number for all orders for you to track.

We accept card payments from most providers and PayPal.

Yes we do! However, you may be charged the currency exchange fee from your bank.

Our company is based in Australia and our prices include GST. There will be no extra charges to you!

All our products come with 1-year warranty on metal and finish excluding expected wear and tear.
